A lightly lived-in three bed can take less time than a hard-used two bed. How long since the last proper clean matters more than square footage.

Bathrooms and kitchen

Grout, hard water and oven build-up are the slowest work in any deep clean, so bathroom count and kitchen condition move the number most.

Deep cleaning questions

How is deep cleaning different from standard cleaning?

Standard cleaning maintains surfaces. Deep cleaning gets inside, behind and underneath, including appliances, baseboards, grout, fixtures and vents. It takes about twice as long.

How often should I get a deep clean?

Once or twice a year for most homes, with standard cleaning in between. Homes with pets or heavy traffic often do it quarterly.

Should I do a deep clean before starting recurring service?

It is the cheaper path. One deep clean brings the home to a baseline, and every standard clean after that is faster and more effective.

Do you clean inside the oven and refrigerator?

Both, included. They are add-ons on a standard clean and standard on a deep clean.

Do I need to prepare anything?

Pick up personal items and clear counters if you can, so we spend the time cleaning rather than tidying. It is not essential.

Can you do it in one day?

Almost always. Very large or very neglected homes occasionally need two.

Is a deep clean worth it before guests or a listing?

Yes, and it is one of the most common reasons people book one. Book it a day or two ahead rather than the morning of.
