Hired this company for a move-in cleaning and initially I left a Google review stating I was not happy with the results. Admittedly, I did not realize they had a 24-hour satisfaction guarantee option that would have allowed me to address the issues I experienced (some areas were missing during the cleaning). Regardless of my mistake, Brenna promptly reached out to address my issue. And despite me missing the 24 hour deadline, she still offered to rectify the situation for me. She was incredibly professional and kind about the situation. She clearly cares about the work her company does and its reputation. I am grateful she was willing to rectify the situation, and will use this company for my future cleaning needs. The professionalism and customer service is top notch!

We had an amazing experience with Enterprise Cleaning Company! They did a deep cleaning of our home and everything looks absolutely beautiful. The team was professional, thorough, and a pleasure to work with from start to finish. Brenna was wonderful to coordinate with and made the whole process smooth while really taking our needs into account. We’re so impressed with the results and are excited to continue working with them in the future. Highly recommend!

We hired the team for a deep cleaning before putting our house on the market, and wow – what a difference! Delia worked tirelessly for hours, scrubbing everything from ceiling fans to baseboards. Even our realtor commented on how spotless the place was. The attention to detail and the friendly attitude made it an all-around great experience.
