Square footage, bedrooms and above all bathroom count. Bathrooms take the longest per square foot of anything in a house.

How often we come

Weekly costs the least per visit, then biweekly, then monthly. Higher frequency means less build-up each time, so the visit is faster. Discounts apply from your second visit.

Condition and add-ons

Pets, the length of time since the last clean, and extras like interior windows, inside the oven or laundry.

What you will never see

A price that changes after the clean. You get an exact figure before booking, and if we arrive and the job is genuinely bigger than described, we call you first. No contract and no cancellation fee.

Do I get the same cleaners?

How long does a standard clean take?

Roughly two to three hours for a two bed, two bath home with a two-person team. Larger homes take longer.

Do I need to be home?

No. Most recurring clients give us a key or a door code.

Do you bring supplies?

Can I skip a visit?

What if something gets missed?

Call within 24 hours and we re-clean it at no charge.

Is standard cleaning enough for a first clean?

If the home has been maintained, yes. If nobody has cleaned properly in six months or more, start with a deep clean and switch to standard after.
