A local commercial cleaning company, not a franchise call center

Most commercial cleaning in Denver is sold by national franchise networks. You sign with a brand and get assigned to whichever local unit has capacity that month. Enterprise Cleaning Company is the other thing: a Colorado operator with our own crews, our own supervisors, and one person you can call when something goes wrong at 6am.

We clean offices, medical and dental practices, fitness studios, retail, restaurants, student housing and multifamily properties from Fort Collins to Fountain. Some accounts are one 2,000 square foot suite cleaned twice a week. Others are dozens of locations across the state on a single contract.

Who we clean for

Ten building types, each with its own scope, schedule and compliance reality.

Offices and professional suites

Nightly or scheduled janitorial for corporate offices, law firms, accounting practices, agencies and co-working floors. Trash, restrooms, breakrooms, floors, glass, and the details tenants actually notice.

Fitness and yoga studios

High-touch equipment, mats, mirrors, locker rooms and showers, on the tight overnight windows studios actually have. We currently service a fitness studio chain with locations across Colorado.

Medical and dental practices

Exam rooms, treatment areas and restrooms cleaned to protocol, with color-coded microfiber and documented disinfection dwell times.

Student housing and multifamily

Turn cleaning at per-unit and per-bedroom rates, common-area programs, and the crew depth to clear a building inside a turn window.

Property management and HOA

Lobbies, corridors, amenity spaces, fitness rooms, mail rooms and vacant-unit cleans across a portfolio, on one invoice.

Hotels and short-term rentals

Room turns, lobby and common-area service, and linen handling, billed per room or per stay.

Retail and showrooms

Before-open or after-close service that keeps sales floors, fitting rooms and glass looking like the brand intends.

Restaurants and food service

Front-of-house nightly detail, restrooms, floors and glass, on schedules that work around service.

Post-construction and tenant improvement

Rough, final and touch-up cleans for general contractors and property teams, ready for handover.

Day porter services

An on-site attendant through business hours for restroom checks, spills, breakroom resets and trash.

What is in a standard scope

Scoped to the building, but this is the baseline most Front Range offices start from. Anything can move between frequencies.

How commercial cleaning is priced

Nobody can quote a building they have not walked. But you should know how the number gets built before anyone hands you one.

Square footage
The base. Cleanable square feet, not leased. We do not charge you for a storage mezzanine nobody enters.
Frequency
Five nights a week costs more per month and less per visit than once a week. Higher frequency means less accumulated soil per visit, so the per-visit rate drops.
Scope and floor type
Restroom count, kitchen size, hard floor versus carpet, glass, and whether the building needs specialty work like exam-room protocol or locker rooms.
What we do not do
No auto-escalators buried in year two. No minimum-term lock on your first contract. No charging for supplies we did not stock. If your current invoice has line items you cannot explain, bring it to the walkthrough and we will go through it with you.

What we are already running

A fitness studio chain, 26 locations across Colorado

Recurring cleans across the chain Colorado footprint, coordinated through a national facilities-management partner on standardized scope and reporting. Studio floors, mats, mirrors, locker rooms and showers, on overnight windows between last class and first.

Student housing near Auraria, turn season

Per-unit and per-bedroom turn cleaning for a downtown Denver student housing property, priced by unit type and delivered inside the turn window.

Hospitality, daily room turns

Ongoing room turns and lobby service for a Colorado property, billed per room. The kind of account where consistency matters more than any single clean.

Also currently serving: corporate offices, ABA therapy and medical practices, restaurants, apartment complex move-outs, short-term rental portfolios in Denver and Boulder, and post-construction handovers for property teams.

Commercial cleaning across the Front Range

Crews based in Denver metro and Colorado Springs, covering everything between. If your portfolio spans both markets, it is one contract, one contact and one invoice.

What happens after you call

1

Walkthrough, within 3 business days

We walk the building with you, measure cleanable square footage, count restrooms and fixtures, look at floor types, and ask what your current vendor keeps getting wrong. Usually 30 to 45 minutes.

2

Scope and proposal, within 48 hours

A written scope showing exactly what gets done at what frequency, with the price. No hidden supply charges, no auto-escalation clauses. If you are comparing bids, we will format ours to line up against the others.

3

Onboarding, 5 to 10 days

COI issued naming you as additional insured, W-9 and compliance documents to your vendor portal, keys and alarm codes documented, a building-specific checklist built, and the crew walked through your space before their first shift.

4

Service and quality control

First 30 days include weekly supervisor inspections. After that, monthly inspections and a standing point of contact who answers the phone. Scope gets reviewed quarterly, because buildings change and the contract should too.

Insurance, compliance and vendor onboarding

If you are vetting cleaning vendors for a property manager, a national facilities program or a corporate procurement team, here is everything you would otherwise have to ask for.

  • General liability: $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate
  • Commercial auto: $1,000,000 combined single limit
  • Workers compensation: in force, with $1,000,000 employers liability
  • Additional insured and waiver of subrogation: available on request, issued with the certificate
  • COI turnaround: 48 hours, direct from our agent to your certificate holder
  • Background checks: every crew member, before their first shift, documented
  • Vendor credentialing: W-9, insurance and compliance documentation ready for NetVendor, Vendorly and similar portals
  • Multi-site reporting: consolidated invoicing and per-location service records for portfolio accounts

Already have a cleaning company?

Most people who call us do. Almost nobody switches because of price. They switch because restrooms get missed, the crew changes every month, or nobody answers when something goes wrong.

Switching is less work than it looks. Check your current agreement for the notice period, 30 days is standard, and we will build the transition around it. We can start on a single floor or a single location while your current vendor finishes their term, so you are never uncovered and you get to compare directly.

Bring your current scope and invoice to the walkthrough. We will tell you honestly whether you are overpaying, and if your current vendor is doing fine work at a fair price, we will tell you that too.

Commercial cleaning questions we get asked

Commercial cleaning is priced per square foot per visit, adjusted for frequency and scope. Medical, food service and locker-room facilities price higher than standard office space. We quote after a walkthrough rather than over the phone, so the number you get is the number you pay.

Most of our commercial work happens between 6pm and 6am. We also run day porters during business hours where a building needs on-site coverage.

Yes. We carry $1M/$2M general liability, $1M commercial auto and workers compensation. We issue certificates naming you as additional insured, with waiver of subrogation, within 48 hours.

Yes. We currently service a fitness studio chain with locations across Colorado through a national facilities-management partner, on standardized scope and consolidated invoicing.

No minimum term on a first contract. Most clients settle into an annual agreement after a few months, but we would rather earn that than lock you into it.

We bring all equipment and cleaning chemicals. Restroom and breakroom consumables such as paper, soap and liners can be included in your rate or billed at cost, whichever you prefer.

Both, depending on the account. Everyone who enters your building is background-checked, insured and trained on your building-specific checklist before their first shift. That is the part that matters.

Walkthrough within three business days, proposal within 48 hours of that, and service starting five to ten days after you sign. Emergency and turn-season work can move faster.

Yes. We run crews in both markets and cover everything between. A portfolio spanning both is one contract, one contact and one invoice.

Call the number on your contract and we will re-clean it at no charge before your next business day. You get a named point of contact, not a ticketing queue.
