After the heavy trades finish and before finish work starts. Debris and offcuts removed, gross dust knocked down, floors swept and vacuumed, stickers pulled from windows and fixtures, and the site made safe and workable for the next trade.
Once finish work is complete. Fine drywall dust off every horizontal and vertical surface, including tops of doors, trim, ledges and inside cabinets. Fixtures, outlets, vents and returns. Windows inside and out where reachable, including tracks and frames. Floors cleaned to finish.
Immediately before handover or listing photography. Fingerprints and smudges, the dust that has settled since phase two, glass polished, fixtures buffed, and a walkthrough with whoever is signing off.
We work evenings and weekends, around other trades, and to a handover date rather than a convenient one. If your certificate of occupancy inspection or your listing photography is on a fixed day, tell us the date and we will build backwards from it. For ongoing builders we hold recurring capacity so you are not renegotiating every project.
